| One studio, from first sketch to final inspection. |
| {{ first_name }}, most villas pass through several hands — one firm draws the building, another dresses the interior, and a third checks the work on site. We have kept all three inside the studio, which is the reason Imperium was founded in the first place. |

Three reasons |
|
| |
| 01 |
One team, start to finish
The drawings never change hands. The people who set the proportions of a room are the people who specify its lighting, its joinery, and its stone, so the intent survives the distance between concept and site.
|
| |
| 02 |
We supervise our own drawings
Site inspections, quality checks, contractor coordination, and progress reporting are carried out by the studio that drew the work. We focus on clarity, compliance, and accountability from groundbreaking to final handover.

| 03 |
Founders close to the work
Karim Karam and Gehad Amin built the practice to work this way and both stay close to the drawings. The studio is kept deliberately small, which is what holds the same judgement across every project we take on.
|
| |
|
| The clearest version of this is the work itself — the drawings beside the rooms they became. |
