Day 01 · v1

Enquiry submitted

Thank you for your enquiry

The founders hero — “Built by visionaries” — with the five stages as a plain numbered list. One image, no captions. The quieter of the two.

Day 01 · v2

Enquiry submitted

Thank you for your enquiry

Same copy, architecture hero. Mega label, captioned plates, stages set as a drawing schedule. This is the treatment Days 03–30 follow.

Day 03

Two days after

Why Imperium Group

Three reasons: one team start to finish, supervision of our own drawings, founders close to the work. Ends on selected work.

Day 07

Four days after

How is the project sitting with you?

Short, image-free, no buttons. Works whether or not a consultation has happened. The only action is a reply.

Day 30

No CRM reply

The file stays open

Soft close. Attributes the silence to timing, asks for nothing, and leaves the project book on an outline button.

No enquiry goes cold

Day 01 lands the moment the form is submitted, so Imperium is the first studio to reply and the enquiry never sits unanswered. It sets the expectation — a considered response within two working days — and buys the time to give one.

Won while they compare

Most enquiries are shortlisting two or three studios. Day 03 answers the question they are actually asking — one team from first sketch to final inspection, supervising its own drawings — while the decision is still open.

Recovers the quiet ones

Enquiries rarely say no; they go silent. Day 07 asks for nothing but a reply, and Day 30 reopens the file without pressure — turning leads that would have been written off into conversations that restart months later.
